Overview
The CoaXPress (CXP) machine vision standard uses asymmetric data transmission over Coax cables - with speeds of up to 6.2Gbit/s from the camera and up to 20Mbit/s control data from the frame grabber to the camera. Microchip offers fully qualified board-sets (transmitter and receiver) as an evaluation and development tool to aid customers in rapid adoption.
