ATC18RHA is a digital-signal ASIC offering which provides high-performance and high-density solutions for space applications, and allows for ASIC solutions of several million routable gates.
These cell-based ASICs are fabricated on a proprietary 0.18-µm, five-metal-layers, CMOS process which is intended for use with a supply voltage of 1.8V ± 0.15V. Microchip cell libraries and memory compilers have been designed and characterized to be compatible with each other. Simulation representations exist for minimum, typical, and maximum operating conditions.
