Hi,
You can put your project anywhere (including outside Harmony) but it must be on the same drive.
What you cannot do, like standard MPLAB X projects, is to move it in other directories simply by doing a copy.
You must regenerate the project and sometimes remove some paths which are leftover from previous directories.
That is also why Harmony offer the import/export functionality.

Hi, all
Yes i have installed XC32 V1.40.

And I made my project at same drive outside of the harmony folder.

Last night, I tried to make new project in the harmony app folder.
And do same thing I posted.
It's working fine, and make was succeeded.
I think it is a path problem harmony or make.
Why?

I'm just copying a line from your build log,
"*** No rule to make target '../../../../../../../Programs \(x86\)/Microchip/harmony/v1_06_02/framework/driver/tmr/src/dynamic/drv_tmr.c', needed by 'build/MX32/production/_ext/831483714/drv_tmr.o'.  Stop.
nbproject/Makefile-MX32.mk"

I can see a space and even the folder name is not proper(in red).
gcc doesn't see files with spaces in the directory, please verify the file path.

And also one more case could be the length of the directory, if it exceeds some limit it throws these kind of errors.
Normally for this case MPLABX will show a warning stating the same while creating a project itself.

Hi Naka T,

FYI. To make sure all your paths are correct, Don't provide the paths manually, instead you can select either "Absolute path" or "Relative path" from MPLABX as shown in the attachment.
