Problem with MPLAB PM3, the screen shows nothing

Greetings!
A few days ago trying to record a dsPIC33FJ256GP710A using my PM3 (something he had already done before), connect via USB and connect to the electrical power supply, turned on my PM3 and install the driver and all good. When I opened the MPLAB IPE v3.05 on the screen of PM3 was saying updating BIOS or downloading BIOS can not remember, slow a little and then nothing happened, I decided to disconnect and reconnect the PM3 but now on the screen showed nothing, I think the problem was the disconnection.

Now it looks like this:

But back to connect the USB cable and apparently this driver:

This problem will have a solution? What can I do?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I get this feeling all the time when using X/IPE. Sounds like you might have corrupted your BIOS download.

Forget the Screen, can you connect to it from IPE or MPlab X?
    If so, force a download.

    Greetings!

Solve my problem, plug it in once again opened the MPLAB IPE, set the pic and tell him to use in connecting, this time allowed me to update the BIOS and everything returned to normal.

    Hi,
I happen to get into the same problem.  I removed MPLABX and that is how this got started and now my PM3 is dead and shows the same blank screen.  Please reply back when you can and let me know if I have to install the MPLABX again.

    Regards,

    Regards! Givi
I used the MPLAB IPE, put a pic in the socket, connect the PM3 and started to update the bios, that solved my problem.
