XC32 v1.30 + FreeRTOS = compilation error

Hi,
In my project I'm using PIC32MX695F512L, MPLAB X IDE v1.95, FreeRTOS V7.3.0.
Everything was ok when I used  XC32 1.21 compiler version (free edition).
If I use new compiler version (v1.30, also free edition, ) then after Build All I get the following result in output window:
...
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\xc32\v1.30\bin\xc32-gcc.exe" -c -mprocessor=32MX695F512L -MMD -MF build/default/production/_ext/2096788717/port_asm.o.d -o build/default/production/_ext/2096788717/port_asm.o C:/Projects/AR207/MPLABX/FreeRTOS/port_asm.S -Wa,--defsym=__MPLAB_BUILD=1,-MD=build/default/production/_ext/2096788717/port_asm.o.asm.d,--gdwarf-2,-I..
C:\Users\Mario\AppData\Local\Temp\ccn1JQfi.s: Assembler messages:
C:\Users\Mario\AppData\Local\Temp\ccn1JQfi.s: Error: .size expression for xPortStartScheduler does not evaluate to a constant
make[2]: *** [build/default/production/_ext/2096788717/port_asm.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[1]: *** [.build-conf] Error 2
...
Is it some compiler bug?

Thanks in advance.
