ICD3 progimming error

ICD3 progimming error

Hello, i have using the new ICD3 programmer/ debuger now for a bit. I just hooked it up to a PIC10F202 chip. I just can't figure out why i get an error like this
CD3Err0085: The target has invalid calibration data (683).
Erasing...
Erase device complete
Programming...
The following memory regions failed to program correctly:
Program Memory
Address: 00000200 Expected Value: 00000aeb Received Value: 00000068
Programming failed
When this chip only has 1ff memory limit
an bug?

    Well i just figured out that i need  header pcb in order to use that part, due to its low pin count.
    Was wondering if that header pcb AC162059 has a uChip on it or is it just wires?

    As i can kind of program the chip without it, but some errors
    debug is all errors

    - The part doesn't have a debugger silicon mechanism. Thus, the header is not just wires but also a chip with the silicon necessary for debugging.

    - You can certainly program that part with ICD3.

    The AC162059 has a chip, a PIC16F505, on the PCB.
