Draconian EULA for dsPIC dev kit
I just received my dsPIC development kit and started to load the environment from the included disk. Reading through the EULA at the start of the install gave me a pause. As a condition of the license, the user is agreeing to unannounced searches of the premises and their records and files etc. Does anyone find this onerous or disturbing? I did not proceed with the install and will be returning my kit, but I'm just curious if other users of this system have a problem with such a potential invasion of their privacy?
