Ehm am I wrong or you've been told that that "chip" is actually a custom Micorchip MCU, programmed for a special use...
so your only hope is to be able to re-read the code which lies inside of it... which thing is rather unlikely to be possible wink

i'm not to be able to re-read the code.i know it.
    i need this chip's specialities.

for example which kind of communications use with this chip.

    which pin Vdd?
    which pin Vcc?
    oscillator?

    i need them.

Well, on one of the reported thread, I see that
i came to know that it is 16c55 any other suggestion please.

at Microchip's site you should find 16C55 datasheet.

Have you tried emailing Microchip with your question? (Seems a logical step to me)

There are also several sites (re)selling the item in large quantities. (One site has some 400,000 pcs on stock)  Maybe asking them is an option?

CF745 is a specialy low cost version of 16C54 (PIC16C54C-04/P) and CF775 is a special low cost version of 16C57 (PIC16C57C-04/P).

They are speicifically targeted for the Chinese OEM market, especially the consumer electronics market. They are not tested by Microchip and supposly the OEM will test them during programming. They are not supposed to be in the retail market but somehow there are many websites selling them...

So you can just use the 16C57C datasheet. Do not use them in production though.
