ENC624J600 Memory Corruption

Hi there,

I am using an ENC624J600 chip (silicon version A2) and experiencing issues similar to item number 9 in the errata for silicon version A1 (https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/Errata%20verB.pdf). That is, a "Rare buffer corruption in 100Base-TX operation" causing corruption of SRAM from 0x0000 to 0x6000. Does anyone know if this issue still persists in VA2 (despite being excluded from the errata) and have any experience with functioning workarounds. I tried going down the 10Mbps and the memory corruption is still occurring.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
You should open a ticket on Microchip online support as it seems that this issue is resolved in A2 silicon.
