Native LVGL support for PIC32MZ DA graphics

MCH graphics dev team should think ahead, scratched Aria and Legato and add support for LVGL, including GPU support.

NXP also saw the gold mine.

Why wait for Microchip, the LVGL github page says they already support a number of Microchip processors including PIC24/33 and PIC32MZ.

LVGL "supports" everything software based but it only supports NXP and ST 2D graphic accelerators.

I'm sure that can be changed, it doesn't need Microchip ...
Others on this list have written graphics programs.

Oh yes it needs microchip do do it.
There are only one person on the planet that I know it that implemented PIC32MZDA GPU support for lvgl and he said that was it was the worst thing ever due to buggy GPU and missing documentation. Still he end up trowing the project away.
Microchip need to do it and use it inside harmony.

I see two choices for you.
    1. follow the porting guidelines here https://docs.lvgl.io/v7/en/html/porting/index.html
    2. pay for LVGL to do it all for you.

This post is a recommendation for microchip. I am using lvgl and not with a pic.

    buggy GPU and missing documentation

that is the real problem. Missing documentation, mostly.
