SAME54 X plained kit does not recognize low-speed devices plugged into a Hub

Hello,

I'm new to working with 32-bit microcontrollers and I'm having a problem.

I am using the SAME54 X plained development kit, to develop a USB Host, I used some sample codes available on the Harmony microchip, which dealt with the USB hub and HID.

The Kit works with a generic hub very well for full and high speed devices plugged into the hub, however when plugging low speed devices it doesn't work.

Could someone please help me in this matter?

Kind regards.

    Hello,

I don't know if I gave enough information, but I'm working on a controller card project and I'm using the SAME54 Xplained Development Kit to develop the software, one of the steps is to have a USB interface and I'm using parts of the microchip harmony code.

Harmony's Host code works well because it recognizes a generic HUB and full speed HID readers, but does not recognize low speed HID readers.

I verified by debugging the code that when sending the HID low speed reader descriptor request, after releasing the pipe to send the token, immediately there is an error signal in the pipe interruption, and I don't understand why it does this. If anyone has any information about it, I would be very grateful.

    Best regards.
    Borges.
