PIC24F08KL200 programming pins

The PIC24F16KL402 family has 3 selectable pairs of programing pins that are configured in register FICD as detailed on page 181 of the data sheet.  The datasheet lists PGEC1/PGED1 as the default programming pair but the 14 pins devices don't have PGEC1/PGED1.  So what are the default programing pins for the 14 pin devices?

    You can program it through any pair, provided you use a pair with the same suffix number.
     
    The selection in the configuration registers only affects the pair used for debugging.
