Harmony v3 BUGs: Pin settings by BSP

Harmony v3: packages of the latest version (bsp: v3.8.1, CMSIS-FreeRTOS: v10.3.1, core: v3.8.1, csp: v3.8.1, dev_packs: v3.8.0, mhc: v3.6.1, quick_docs: v1.1.0)
Pin settings are done by Default board (BSP) for PIC32MX270F256B.

See the attached figure. Six GPIOs are seen in the Column “Function”.
The first GPIO should be LED_AH.
The second one should be LED_AL.
The third one …

    There seems to be a problem fixing csp v3.8.0.

    This commit causes a bug where the BSP cannot be mapped in the Function Type of Pin Settings.
    As a temporary measure, you need to revert csp to v3.7.1.

    I confirm that the bug is fixed in the new version of csp (v3.9.0).

    I was able to confirm that it was also fixed in my environment (PIC32MZ).
    Dev_packs (v3.9.0), which has a dependency on csp (v3.9.0), also needed to be updated.
