IPE Set Default Window Positions

This should be simple, but I'm not finding it.  How do you set the default window configuration for the IPE v5.40?  Every time I open it it opens small with half the stuff obscured.  Each time I have to select Window/Reset Windows.  It's hard to believe there's not a way to have it remember the last window settings.
