Working I2C Bootloader

Having not found any working examples when I started down this road I thought I would post my code for an I2C Bootloader for the PIC16F1827. Also includes a python script for downloading the updated hex files. Hopefully of use if anyone else searching!

Only a hobby programmer so the code may be far from perfect - but it does work!

Its a SBC - specifically a khadas VIM3 but should work with any I2C enabled SBC
