References of PIC32MZEFH100

Hello,

i would like to purchase some PIC32MZEFH100 in Mouser.
However, there are many different references:
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-250I/GJX
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-I/PF
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-I/PT
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-250I/PT
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-E/PF
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-250I/PF
- PIC32MZ2048EFH100-E/PT
Could you please explain me the meaning of the different terminations : "250I/GJX", "I/PF", "I/PT", "250I/PT", "E/PF", "250I/PF", "E/PT" ?

Best regards,

Taïga

    Hi,

-I/    or -E/   specify temperature grading and testing.
-250I/    are devices  that have been tested for use at 250 MHz clock frequency.
See Electrical Characteristics section in Datasheet.

.../PF    or .../PT   are different package types,
they are all plastic encapsulated surface mount types,
These details should all be explained in the 'Packaging Information' chapter in the end of the datasheet.
You make sure to buy the package type that fit with the circuit board you have designed.

If you do not know how to design, produce and solder a board for 100 pin surface mount IC,
it may be better to buy a ready-made development board.

It's all documented in that PIC's datasheet on page 752.
