How to send/receive multiple usb packets using the vendor USB sample code

I have the PIC32 USB STARTER KIT III (PIC32MX470F512L) and using Harmony 2.06's vendor USB sample,
I put in my own custom commands and everything works fine for everything that's 1 packet size of less (64 bytes).
I use winUSB.dll to write my own custom test problem and signed my own custom driver.

So the problem is I want to send and receive more then 1 packet. and I couldn't figure out how to do it.
when I sent 128 bytes from my winUSB based test app from PC to the PIC32, I only receive 1 packet of 64 bytes,
the other packet is lost.

does the vendor sample or the Harmony 2.06 usb driver support sending/receiving more than 1 packet/command?
