PIC proramming via USB inteface

Hello to everybody,
My problem is quite simple, even though I have not fixed it yet.
In my project I use a PIC24FJ64GB002-I_SP which I have connect to a USB socket in order to feed my board and exchange data(s) with the PC through D+ and D- channels.
I am asking if it is possible, using the same socket, to program the microcontroller also instead of use PICKIT 3 and the appropriate connector; and, if yes, how to set MPLAB programmer.
Advanced thanks for helping me

    It's possible. It's called a bootloader.
Get one or write your own, program the bootloader in the pic using ICSP then you'll be able to update the firmware through the bootloader
