Where is the Microchip forum for AVR products such as ATTINY microcontrollers?
 
If there isn't one then I have a question regarding the ATTINY841:
 
I have a quantity of 50x ATTINY841-SSU that I cannot program now, but did successfully previously a few years ago using Arduino IDE.  I can still program chips that I had soldered into PCBs, but any of the rest of the 50 chips that were still in the packaging from Digikey will not program.  Is this expected behavior?  It's probably been 3 years they have been sitting in the original plastic shipping tube in an airconditioned room.
