Re: Microchip customer support
Since introduction of MPLAB X, Harmony and Microchip Code Configurator,
Microchip Support seem to have been overwhelmed with support requests.
I have not made many support tickets,
but the problem I presented some time back, got competent attention and correct advise.
Although with some response time.
Introduction of the Salesforce database and new webserver,
may seem to be part of some reorganizing to eventually reduce the backlog.
There are some messages indicating that webservers react differently to different web browsers.
