Trouble with MCP42xxx SPI lock in Shutdown mode
Hello, I'm using MCP42100 for programmable 100Kohm into tension divider bridge, to simulate CTN.
So i'm using SPI with Raspberry, and my component is working from 0Ohm to 100Kohm very well, as Rheostat mode so 0x00 to 0xFF, but in the time it's not working anymore, after many hard reset, it stay at half value, 50Kohm like if it was in shutdown mode. I added put pull up (even when it was working) on /cs,/reset and /shutdown. Then i'm controlling /rs and /shutdown separatly, to trying going out the shutdown mode, but Nothing.
My VCC is at 4,3v, then my min high logic level is 0.7x4.3v=3.0V so on my Raspberry at 3,3v it's ok.
Is there a method or an errata? Am I wrong about shutdown mode? I'm doing the FIGURE 1-3 from datasheet but it still lock at 50KOhm.
