Harmony 2 pin configuration

Hi,
I'm have issues with harmony 2 not updating the pin configuration when I enable various modules.
For example, starting a new project with a pic32mx795f512l, a crystal, PGx1 and SPI 1 the pins are not being set / configured at all.

I haven't used harmony for a while, but could swear this use to happen.

Did you assign the pins in the pin manager before generating the code?

    Ensure do all steps:
    a. enable the module/feature in the MHC configurator
    b. assign the pin(s) in MHC pin manager (as Xorlor mentioned)
**Must hit enter or select another pin, selecting function in list and hitting Generate doesn't implement a change, that's a windows thing for dropdown lists**
    c. Hit the generate button
    d. accept the code changes (for files with conflicts)
    e. rebuild/compile
    f. program.
Missing any one of those could loose the change (known from experience LOL).

    Hi Guys

Sorry for the delay and thanks for the help.

I removed mplabx, harmony 2 / 3, reinstalled and everything is working now.

Not sure what was happening, but I was running mplabx 4.2 and think this might have been the issue.
