Migration from dsPIC33EP512MU810 to dsPIC33CK256MP506 ??

Hi,

Is it good idea to migrate from dsPIC33EP512MU810 to  dsPIC33CK256MP506 ??
For High Speed Industrial Application such as PWM , PWM Fault (For IGBT) ,External Interrupts  and ADC etc. ??

Should I use MCC or not ?

The CK family certainly has a bit more speed and is not as complex as the CH family.
Provided you can master the complexity, this might be a step ahead. Check the Errata Sheet for issues maybe colliding with your application.
And yes - it might be a good idea to use MCC to avoid a lot of issues.

I have to use ADC Averaging and oversampling Feature ?

Why not attach a picture to the post directly instead of using an external image storage site?

NO. Nobody forced you to enable the filter.
BTW: why not work a bit on your understanding of English ?

Äh ?
Your image shows Bit 15 in this register as FLEN. If you disable this, there is no averaging or oversampling required/supported.
