Pin configuration of HV56020

Hi,
I am using HV56020 in flyback configuration, and unable to decide on the following. Please could someone comments please:
 
1.) which external components ( Cap's, R_Bias, Feedback GND, Transformer secondary etc) should be connected to PGND or HVGND?
2.) whats the value range of R_SHT or how to calculate it?
3.) what transformer to use?

    Hi,
    I'm also going to use HV56020.
     
    Is there any reference design? Official documentation do not reveal the type of transformer to use and may other things like capacitor/resistor values. This IC is already on market. But how can we use it, without detailed documentation?
