Part finding for wireless fitness and logistic sensors.

Goodmorning,

We are in the evaluating process for find some wireless transceiver so we are asking to different manufacturer what they can provide for our purpose.
We are looking for a transceiver to develop a system with one receiver and some transmitters (up to 5 transmitters) to be used in fitness (force and motion sensors) and logistic application. Each transmitter has the role to send data of sensors and monitor devices to the single receiver which is a USB dongle plugged into a PC, the PC will collect and process data.
Each sensor send a new value (5 byte) every 10ms, so the receiver needs to be fast enought to receive them.
All the sensor devices (transmitters) must be movable. All the system is intended to be used indoor (in a single room) or outdoor in a maximum of 20m range.
All the devices has to be as small as possible, so it's better if we use PCB antennas.

The entire system should be used in the easyest way for the end user. So transmitters should be linked to the receiver without any configuration. In the case of a Bluetooth solution, the user should not deal with the pairing. But, at the same time, there should be a way to change the association between devices in case of replacing of one of them. The hypothesis is to do this by some software update.

Is there any device that can be suitable for this kind of application?

Thanks.
