MCP39F511 Power Meter Auto Calibration is failing

Hi,
 We have an custom power meter interfaced with imx6 processor over uart.We got a sample code for the power meter and we are trying to pass the same packets in the same order as per the sample code.When we try to do the gain auto calibration,frequency auto calibration we are always receiving NACK from MCP39511.I want to know are we missing anything to do before doing auto calibration commands.I have attached the sample code which we got for reference.
