USB2514B

Hi Team,
Wishing you a good day.
Can you please conform that the following Microchip chip-set are compatible with Android 9.0 and Linux OS .
Also please share if any software drivers available of the chip-sets or not.
USB HUB : USB5744/2G ,USB2514B .
USB to Ethernet bridge: LAN7800/VSX , LAN7500.

Having said that. Those parts are common to USB Hubs and the USB to Ethernet are well supported. Drivers are native to Andriod and Linux.
 
I have found Microchip's "Design Check" is super helpful on USB and Ethernet designs. A second set of eyes to help catch issues. Look for "schematic checklist" under that USB to Ethernet devices.
