so i see the question. Please read the compiler manual and the 16bit language tool libraries, also in the compiler document folder.
 
There is more than one memcpy definition. one with both argument in near data space, one with both argument in eds space. You can't use the normal memcpy as it assumes both argument are NOT in eds (for which you have to set up the device for access)
