RN4871 constantly rebooting

I build a perfboard for RN4871, I soldered all components accordingly to attached schematic, after powering up, the led was intermittently lightning for a fraction of a second each two seconds approximately, after inspecting UART output %REBOOT% was being sent each time the LED flickered, do you think this is because of leaving P2_0 (aka MODE pin) floating?

P.S. 10uF cap was electrolytical as I had no ceramic around

Do you have a scope? Can you look at the 3.3V rail? I'd also cut the connection to the reset pin. It's pulled high internally. Maybe the LED switching is causing a transient on the reset pin.

The mode pin is not floating, it is internally pulled high so that is not the cause.
I wonder if the low value of the RST pullup with the capacitor is creating a spike when the LED pin sinks to turn on the LED.  This would be why it is resetting when the LED is meant to turn on.  RST is internally pulled high so unless you are driving it from an external MCU to control a hardware reset you can just cut the trace coming from the RST pin
