A question about usb HID

I am totally new to usb interfacing to pic and using pic as an HID, so what books or websites do you recommend for me to start learning and i would be more thankful if you arranged the sources from easiest or first to start with to the hardest

    I use a FT232R as my gateway to the PIC.  USB on one side and TTL UART on the other.

    You did not specify which PIC you are using, USB is very different to other simpler peripherals like USART or SPI for example where you could simply add the peripheral interface to your project with some few library codes or accessing the registers by reading the datasheet.
    With USB it's different, you really need to write your code off the USB framework, that's why the library you are going to use/learn is important.

    Hi,
    One possibility is to use MCC plugin for MPLAB X.
    It includes some simple implementations of USB protocole for various 8 bits PIC devices. Only few classes are supported but they are the most used ones.

    The current MCC version doesn't support HID I believe, which is what the OP wants
