Build issues sys types 2.04

I have a project on 2.04 that has buildable for some years, now has this new symptom where it won't build, barfing errors about unknown type name 'u_int32_t' etc etc.  I suspect stdint and sys/types aren't playing together or something, but I really can't pinpoint where I changed the build environment.  Any ideas?

    Try uint32_t.

u_int32_t works fine in my pci32mx programs with latest mplab x.

It is the framework that isn't compiling.

Crypto in particular isn't compiling.  The only thing I can think of so far is that I removed harmony 2.03 with add/remove programs, perhaps it tweaked something in MplabX or something.

Are you using the same version of XC32 with it, or a Newer one?
There have been issues in the past with Harmony and New versions of XC32.

I am trying 1.44 and 2.10 both give the same message.

It would appear that #include <sys/types.h> is finding this somewhere else other than the same sys directory.  I have a #error in sys/types that isn't happening.

I guess Include directories under xc32-gcc adds it to the <> path?

I did find where the other file is coming from, one of my included paths.

It ended up being something I added to a joint zlib project to satisfy the arm compiler for another project.  Sorry for the trouble.
