PIC12F1572 ADC->HEF write

Hi All
I created a firmware to write ADC conversion results to HEF using PIC12F1572, but found a device that can not write in field test.
The flow up to writing is
1, Power ON
2, ADC conversion
3, write to HEF
It becomes.
When I reproduced and confirmed the phenomenon, it was improved by inserting a waiting time (10ms) between 2 and 3.
However, we do not know the validity of the waiting time, so please tell us your official opinion on the time from ADC conversion to stabilization.

Thank You Regards

Are you sure the problem is not the time between steps 1 and 2?

It's really hard to guess what you are really doing without seeing the code you wrote.

    Thank you ric
The time between steps 1 and 2 is about 2ms.
Also, "PWRTE = ON" is set.
This problem does not occur in all PIC12F1572.
As far as I confirmed, 4 out of 20 problems could be confirmed.
I'm sorry I would like to attach a project file and memory data when a problem occurs. How can I attach it?
I sent an email with the project file attached to "discussions@microchip.com" just in case.

    Thank You Regards.

Click "Open Full Version" just above the "Quick Reply" window to access extra controls such as "attach file"

I have no idea where that would go.
We are users, not Microchip employees, so have no access to that.

    Hi ric
    Thanks for your advice.
I will attach the project file and memory data at the time of the problem occurrence, so I hope you can refer to it.

    Thank You Regards.
