I did clean build, debug build. Even if I make a single file compile I got:

    CLEAN SUCCESSFUL (total time: 53ms)
    make: *** [nbproject/Makefile-Peter.mk:523: build/Peter/production/SRC/MCU/power.o] Error 255

Assuming that you really did not change ANYTHING in your project since the Windows crash, it is not very efficient to try to debug the current symptoms of that crash. I think that's just a failure of make and that may have lots of reasons.

If there is ANY chance that you made a change, which you are not aware of, then get a backup of your project.
Or just create a small dummy project simply to see, whether it is a problem with your project or with any build.

    ---

If the problem is also present with a newly created project, I would reinstall MpLabX or try an older existing installation. To avoid uninstalling your current non functional versions, just use older or newer versions.

If you don't have installed the current version 5.35, then that's the first test to do.  It will find your existing XC16 1.5 installation.
If you already have 5.35 installed and did not keep your previous version(s), I would get e.g. the 5.30 from the Archive and install it.  If that does not help, try to reinstall XC16 also. For the compiler an uninstall of XC 1.5 (assuming free license) and reinstall should be no problem, otherwise use a previous version 1.4x

The problem is the XC16 v1.50 itself. I instal an earlier XC16 V1.41 and everithing works fine. So the XC16 v1.50 has a Bug!!!

As you wrote that it worked prior the crash: hardly.
Did you already reinstall XC16 1.50? Something might have been damaged by the Win10 crash.

PEBKAC / EBKAC / POBCAK / PICNIC (eventually see en.wikipedia.org)

XC16 v1.50 probably has many bugs like any software, but I don't think there is an obvious bug, which would explain your experience after a Windows crash. You said it worked perfectly until your Windows crash.

Did you explicitly uninstall v1.50 and install a new copy of v1.50 (download again a fresh copy) ?

The XC16 V1.50 was installed primairly after windows crashed. Actually not crashed, but cannot boot anymore. So I have to reformat my SSD and build the hole installation from the beginning. Earlier I used XC16 v.1.41. (before I cannot boot)
After I realized the V1.50 does not work I installed from the XC16 archive the V1.41 too. So the default config use XC16 V1.50 and my Peter config use XC16 V1.41. And with the XC16 V1.41 compile and load perfectly!!!

    You using packs 1.1.15 and 1.2.35 with XC16 v1.50
The 1.2.35 is the one that comes with v1.50.

I am not sure, but might that be a problem?

It sounds like the makefile is corrupt - create a new one by making a new configuration

In Project Properties --> Manage Configurations --> New -->(enter a name) -->OK, re-select PIC and compiler and programming tool, then OK. then delete the old configuration, then re-build.
