Suggestion for RTC device

Dear all.
I am looking for RTC device for time based application like time switch. Can someone suggest me popular RTC device which is having i2c protocol , low current consumption, leap year detect.
cost must be 042$  . Requested suggestion any.

    What is "042$" ?
    The nicest chip around at the moment is the DS3231M, but it may be above your budget.
