Sensored BLDC Motor Control Using dsPIC30F3010 - open loop
I have to develop an application for sensored BLDC motor. For this I would buy the demo PICDEM MCLV with dsPIC30F3010.
I didn't connect motor ,i just give +24V supply to the board and program the board with microchip example source code "Sensored open loop dsPIC30f2010"(i just change device into dsPIC30F3010 and linker script in mplab ide). I manually give hall sensor input for testing.

but when i monitored PWM freq 7.9khz only.. It appears the the oscillator output (pin 10) stays at 0V!
But why doesn't the oscillator run in dspic30f3010?
I even tried an external 5MHz source (VH=4V, VL=0V), but nothing happens.
Is it defective or is something wrong with the configuration bits?
Also, I suppose that I can't read out the program code while the oscillator isn't running, right?
