Does harmony 3 support 9in or 10in e-ink (electronic paper) displays?

Hi all,
I was looking at some e-ink displays (and boy are they expensive!) because of the low power consumption for a project. I was looking at some displays in ebay from waveshare, 9.7in. I also saw Pervasivedisplays from a page in the Microchip site. I was wondering if harmony 3 has any support for a 9.7 inches (or about) e-ink display. I would prefer that a PIC control the display but I'm still gathering info on the whole subject. Comments/suggestions welcomed.
Thanks
