BM64 mic sound poor

Good afternoon, engineers :)

In the BT headset based on the module BM64, the sound quality from the microphone of the headset is very poor. Of course I listen to the sound on the phone I'm calling to.
When switching from the headset to the microphone of the phone, the sound is much better.
If  connect a microphone to the amplifier and listen to it separately, the sound is also good.

Can anyone come across this problem?

Connection scheme as in a datasheet and microphone too. Something is wrong in the DSP settings.

Are you using the evaluation board?  I had a weird issue with the plug that caused strange audio.

    Hello!
I use a PCB of my own design and checked the firmware on the evaluation board.
But the frequency response of the microphone sound is very poor.

    What sort of microphone?
    Does it require phantom power?

    MIC: SPM0408HE5H or electret microphone.
I tried power from the module and from an external source...
