Atmel Studio7, connection failed to programmer !

Hello everybody,
I would like to use Atmel Studio7 but I can´t make my programmer work with it, for some reason.

I´m using win10 and I tryed to setup my STK500 programmer. I also tryed a mySmartUSB light and an Arduino as ISP.
It´s always the same result.
After I set my devices in the Tool box, everything looks fine untill I try to upload the code to the chip.

I´m getting this messages:

[ARDUINO as ISP:]
Timestamp:    2019-10-24 00:28:31.572
Severity:        ERROR
ComponentId:    20100
StatusCode:    1
ModuleName:    TCF (TCF command: Tool:connect failed.)

Could not establish communication with the tool.

[STK500:]
Timestamp:    2019-10-23 13:25:11.209
Severity:        ERROR
ComponentId:    20100
StatusCode:    1
ModuleName:    TCF (TCF command: Tool:connect failed.)

The signature of the attached tool is AVRISP_2, which is unexpected.

There was never a problem to work with my programmers on other compilers. ???
They work with BascomAVR, Arduino and XOD IDE without any problem on the same computer I want to use Atmel Studio7.
Here are the lines that I created for the Tool setup:

[Arduino as ISP:]
C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr/bin/avrdude.exe
-C"C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr/etc/avrdude.conf" -v -pattiny24 -cstk500v1 -PCOM6 -b19200 -Uflash:w:"$(ProjectDir)Debug\$(TargetName).hex":i

[STK500:]
C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr\bin\avrdude.exe
-C"C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\tools\avr/etc/avrdude.conf" -v -pattiny24 -cstk500 -PCOM7 -Uflash:w:"$(ProjectDir)Debug\$(TargetName).hex":i

Can someone help me out ???
Any ideas what´s the problem ???
