New Starter kit - not works

Hello

I bought new PIC32MX 1/2/5 starter kit with can. I need test and develop CAN device. But new Starter kit is horrible !!!! From starting There was long time to "downloading new debugging firmware". After this I build and upload only 3 times program, and MPLAB X shows "failed to program device"After restarting MPLAB and plug/unplug starter kit, I upload program one time, and then the some - failed to program device.

I test it on next computer - the same. In MacOS - I upload program twice, and the same. Sometimes I got window target device ID (0x35000) is an invalid device id.
Horrible !!! I wait two weeks for new starter kit and now I cannot do nothing.

I plug starter kit to older computer, with first time installed mplabx and it works? It downloads firmware, firmware rs .... and no problem.

Plug back to  new computer, where I used all projects (and more starter kits) and downloading firmware again - and no connection.
Connecting to Mac OS where I uses other projects - not works. What causes this stupid problem

Any solution? I think there is problem with loader and firmware. But what it is permanent reloaded?

I have seen this a number of times on different starter kits.  Here is what I have tried that eventually works.
    1.  Try to download again.  Maybe the compile/load occurs too quickly, so just try the download.
    2.  Power off/on the starter kit.  This usually works
    3.  Power off/on the PC or Mac
    4.  Switch to DEBUG (or RELEASE)
    5.  Use a hammer (just kidding!)

Power On/Off of MplabX works, but it's stupid to doit after every 3 compilations? It is absolute stupid. There must be normal solution. After mplabx starting and debugging project, it shows :
    bootloader download
    ..
    programming download...
    download ap ...

next two - three building of project, and again - no connection.

Could it be a USB power problem?  I use a powered USB hub.

I don't know what causes above problem. Today no problem in windows and in macOS too. Everything works well. Strange.
