Why character 'A' read as '@' from SST26VF032B

I'm trying to interface the PIC24fj256gb106 microcontroller with SST26VF064B using  SST26VF032B_SPI_Driver. All write read are okay except some characters like A, E. Character 'A' read as '@' and 'E' reading as 'D'. What could be the problem please help me.

Have a look at a chart of ASCII characters and work it out from there.
