Do you need to update the PWM duty cycle on every single cycle?
Normally you can set PWM and it will maintain itself until you need to update it.

yes...I need to update PWM every cycle and I am trying to change the duty reg value to be written in OC1RS in the interrupt of the OC. Is this possible? if so how?
