you  are welcome. While testing use oscilloscope. Make ensure LED blinking as per your timer Interrupt generated.
I have used logical analyzer for this kind of application.
care to be taken while using I2c and UART with Interrupts. When MCC generated library function it all based on your functionality necessary for your project.
Use library and carefully watch ISR() routine while coding.

I usually have to download the icd3 firmware again when going back to mplab 8.92 to recgnize the pics.
