ICD4 starts only after second try

Hello,

i have the following problem.
Whe Im try to debug my Project the MPLABX 5.15 will display the following Massage
Launching
Could not connect to tool hardware: ICD4Tool, com.microchip.mplab.mdbcore.ICD4Tool.ICD4ToolBase
The debugger could not be started. Terminating debug session.
User program finished

After klick again on "debug main project" everything will work fine.

Anyone an Idea?

When you plug the ICD4 into your PC USB, it takes a couple seconds for the PC to recognize (enumerate) it.  My only guess is that it may not have enumerated yet on your first try.  (However, it should give an error something along the lines of ICD4 cannot be found??)

I don't need the world to know my name, but I want to live a life so all my great-grandchildren proudly remember me.

Please download MPLAB X v5.25 and re-try.
