KSZ9031RNXIA: Phy to Phy connection

Hi,
 
we are looking for possibility to connect KSZ9031RNXIA PHY to another KSZ9031RNXIA PHY directly.
If you have an experience how to do it - please share if you can.

    Already tried. For 100Mbit - there some advises. For GigE - as i see PHY specific
