Wrong memory sizes displayed

Hello. I'm designing with an ATtiny814 that has 8KB of memory.

MPLAB X shows over 1000KB (!) as available memory (see screenshot).

Any idea how I may be able to fix this? (I mean, getting MPLAB X to show the correct values, not add more memory to the 814 :-)

Thanks, Saar.

Best way is to submit a support case to Microchip:
    https://microchipsupport.force.com/s/
Occasionally Microchip employees read these forums, but mostly it's just us users.

MPLABX support of Atmel devices is fairly recent, so it's not surprising there might be some growing pains. After all, there are still growing pains with Microchip parts :(

Oh well - there's always next year

The issue is fixed in MPLAB X IDE v5.20. Can you please upgrade and see if that works for you.

I've upgraded from 5.15 to 5.20 but the problem persists as it was before.
Is there anything else I need to be doing after the upgrade do you think?

I had to hack my way through this issue, though :-/
