Force Feedback again...

I have a code based on the tutorial shown here, and one that differs in code implementation, but use the same idea.
The code based on the tutorial hangs when I try to test in the forcetest application, even if i do not implement SetReport, Feature Report, and Getreport, but it does not hang with the other code.
Code that does not hang does not have an implementation to handle SetReport, Feature Report, and Getreport.
I'm just trying to get the app to understand that the device can create and handle some effect, even if it is not implemented.
Does anyone know how to help me?
I can post the C18 code / project.

Code based on the tutorial, but hangs when you try to communicate with the ForceTest application.

I'm suspecting that it is not feasible to use the 18F4550, any code I try hangs when communicating with the ForceTest application ...

I've been doing more testing and I think the problem is at system startup, the ForecTest application, and others, ask some questions before starting the setup, but I do not understand what it is.
Many forum does not have a full implementation using FFB, almost all did not finish ... at least those who tried using PIC microcontroller.

I'm posting the project, cleaner, and an application I've changed to check the inputs and outputs.
According to the structure of the tutorial, the PIC correctly responds to the Get and Set Feature.
It's been a while since this type of questioning, but since it was not finalized, I think it deserves to try to make it work.
If someone thinks it's a waste of time or something, using PIC, already finished, let me know, so I can close the questions.

    I'm using MPLAB 8.87 and C18 3.47.
Using a version before 3.47, caused strange behavior in windows 10, not responding to the joystick command.

    Update.
I ran new tests, using Leds, and with the ForceTest and Fedit application, and realized that when you start any of these applications, Get / Set are not called, but they are working.
I could not simulate 'case 0x02: // OUTPUT
    (USBHIDCBGetReportHandler) 'and' if (SetupPkt.W_Value.byte.HB == 0x01) (USBHIDCBSetReportHandler) '.
I changed the firmware to use the USB interrupt because I suspected it might be something related to some synchronization, but there was no change.
I'll try to figure out why the apps crash at the beginning.
