'Limited code assistance'-warning issue and classes window

Seletcing tabs of some of my included files on MPLAB X, I recognized a warning in the navigator window, that says "limited code assistance (not associated project)" (see attached picture).
I read some posts here how to remove this warning, but nothing worked.
But then I recognized the 'classes window' whrere the same files were shown, which had the "limited code assistance" warnings.
All other file with no warnings, don't show up here.
Can anybody explain, what the classes window is intended to show and how to remove the files from there?
I already read that it is used for c++, but my software is simple c-code. Shouldn't there be no file at all then?
And I can't remember that I did somthing different when adding this files to the project, than I did, when adding all the other files that don't have waringns and don't show up there.

Many thanks!!

    ...sorry for my hard words.
It's been a hard day and of course I found a lot about "Limited code assistance", but nothing seems to solve the problem. And I didn't think anybody read the question completely, concerning the correlation with the classes window, where I found nothing about. I really was expecting a quite different answer than to do some google.
