ATWILC1000-MR110UB: VDDIO set to 3.3V, but SPI_MISO only 500mV

I've measured all pertinent pins, here is what I have:
SDIO_CFG is about 3V (pulled up via 1M resistor to VBATT)
WAKE is 3.3V (directly connected to VBATT)
IRQN pulls up to 3.3V
SPI_MISO only hits 500mV when high, even when connected to VBATT by a 100k pull-up resistor
VBATT is 3.3V
CHIP_EN pulls up to 3.3V
VDDIO is directly connected to VBATT (3.3V)
1P3V_TP outputs 1.3V (as expected)
Any thoughts on why SPI_MISO doesn't pull up to VDDIO when high?
Thanks in advance.
