PIC32MZ & UART - Harmony

Hi Guys,
I wanted to use two UARTs in PIC32mz1024EFE100 using Harmony.
One UART as debug UART which sends the values got from an I2C sensor and another to send data to another controller.
When I run this code separately it is working as expected but when I try to integrate the code into one Harmony project with two UART instances only the debug UART is working and the other UART is not seen to be working.

I am attaching the c and h files along.
Am I integrating the code wrongly or is the UART handle not proper ?
Please Help me out guys.

Thanks,
Vibhu.

I am using PIC32MZ2048EFH144 on the starter kit DM320007. I was not able to get the on board UART2 to USB to function. I get characters out on putty but nothing I type seems to get in. I was able to get UART6 to work on the J12 header. Which UART works for you?
