MCU suggestion

Dear all,
I am using PIC16F886 in my previous project and its working well with noise immunity level.
Now i wanted to add some additional features to it but i was lack of memory . Kindly let me know alternate MCU which is pin compatible with pic16F886
I have tested PIC16F1938 but fails in noise immunity test where hardware involve Relay and control application.
With PIC18F24K40  ,
with noise level In 50 Cycle  4 to 5 time max reset of MCU observed.
Let me know if any suggestion equivalent to it . I dont prefer to change hardware just replacement of IC and can work on coding . PIC18F24k50 series work on MPLAB X iDE and it reduce code sizing.
For me 1) It should be PIN compatible like pic16F886
2) Memory Next level of PIC16F886. 32KB
3) It should pass Noise test , Since we have taken care for pIC16F886 . i expected to work on other controller. PIC16F1938 failed when Relay comes into Pict

I suspect a noise level problem indicates a bad board design/layout, and you just got lucky with the 16F886.

As advised above, the noise level might not be caused by the MCU you used.
To get an alternative compatible PIC, the best tool to use is Microchip advanced part selector
Just select the parameters you want based on your requirements like pin counts, memory etc. (It's not advisable to select the mature) and you will get a suggestion of qualifying MCUs that you can compare side by side to select the one that fits best your requirements.
